How do I place an order online?
You can order products through our website at www.beautyreserve.id or visit our official marketplace store. Select the products, add them to your cart, and complete the payment.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days, depending on your location.

When will my order be processed and shipped?
Confirmed orders are processed during the following operational hours:

• Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 15:00 WIB

• Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00 WIB

• Sunday & Public Holidays: No shipping

If I place an order outside operational hours, when will it be shipped?
Orders placed after operational hours will be packed and shipped on the next business day. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from the processing time.

Can I choose my own delivery schedule?
Delivery follows the scheduled operational hours and cannot be customized outside those hours.

What happens if I place an order on a public holiday?
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for purchases above a certain amount and other promotional shipping subsidies during specific periods.
